About Us
Finding customers is a research problem before it is a writing problem. For years that research was the part of the job that took the time: reading a company's own pages, working out what had changed, and deciding whether there was an honest reason to write that month.
Snaut does that research and refuses to guess. Every factual sentence in a draft must cite a saved quote from a page the agent read, or the sentence is removed before the draft can be approved. New plays start with a person approving every email.
The product is a service of Snaut LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. Plans are listed in full on the pricing page.
On 22 October 2026 we ran our contact extractor over 1,000 real company domains from an open dataset. 7.9% published a named person's work address, 22.5% published only a role inbox such as info@, 28.1% published no address at all, and 41.5% were unreachable. 194 named people came out of the 79 sites that had one. The figures describe that sample, not every market.
Guides on this site are written from primary documents: the Federal Trade Commission's CAN-SPAM guidance, the IETF standards for SPF, DMARC and one-click unsubscribe, the published sender requirements from Google, Yahoo and Microsoft, the GDPR text, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, the Model Context Protocol specification and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Each article lists its sources and the date it was checked.
Who is responsible: Snaut is built and published by Snaut LLC. There is no separate content team, no agency writing on our behalf, and no ghostwritten byline. The byline on every article points back to this page.
We do not scrape LinkedIn, Google Maps or Search results, Yelp, Facebook or Instagram. We do not sell contact data or email warmup. Agent-signed messages say they come from an AI assistant, never from a person. The photographs on this page are stock images used as illustration, not employees.
